| Delivery Cost
All deliveries are £34.04 (excluding vat) per delivery *. All tiles are delivered on shrink wrapped timber pallets. Delivery Times All tiles are delivered by a national haulage company across mainland UK. The standard delivery time is 3-5 days from receipt of payment. You will be notified of your delivery date by email. Delivery address The tile-store can deliver to any address in the UK. Just advise us of the delivery address including postcode when you order. You will have to sign for your delivery. If you cannot be there for the delivery you must state specific delivery instructions when you order to leave the tiles in a certain place. Without this prior arrangement the driver will not leave the tiles. If the goods have to be redelivered an additional delivery charge of £34.04 (excluding vat) * may be incurred. Please note that deliveries are made by LARGE tail lift vehicles and tiles are delivered to the nearest point of hard standing. In such circumstances we cannot accept any further liability for the tiles. We regret that we cannot deliver to the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. Unwanted Tiles We do not operate a returns policy. We offer a tile sample service to help you make the right choice. By requesting a sample/s you have the opportunity to see the product before making your final choice. You can order up to 4 tile samples for £7 (including vat). Damaged Goods All damages and order discrepancies must be notified within 2 days of delivery via our contact facility on the website. The exact quantity of damaged or missing goods must be notified in writing and replacements will be sent out free of charge.
