Q. When will I receive my delivery?
A. All tiles are delivered by a national haulage company across mainland UK. The standard delivery time is 3-5 days from receipt of payment. You will be notified of your delivery date by The Tile Store.
Q. Can my tiles be delivered to another address in the UK?
A. Yes. Just advise us of the UK delivery address including postcode when you order your tiles and/or other tile products.
Q. Do I have to sign for my delivery?
A. Yes, unless you state specific delivery instructions when you order to leave the tiles in a certain place, noting that deliveries are made by LARGE tail lift vehicles and tiles are delivered to the nearest point of hard standing. In such circumstances The Tile Store cannot accept any further liability for the tiles.
Q. What happens if I am not in when the delivery is made?
A. Unless by previous arrangement the driver will not leave the tiles if a signature cannot be obtained. If the goods have to be redelivered an additional delivery charge of £34.04 (excluding vat) may be incurred.
Q. Do you deliver to The Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland?
A. No. We only deliver to mainland UK.
Q. What will delivery cost be?
A. All standard deliveries are £34.04 (excluding vat) *.

Q. Can I return my tiles?
A. No. The Tile Store do not operate a returns policy. We offer a sample service to help you make the right choice. By requesting a sample(s) you have the opportunity to see the product before making your final choice.
Q. What happens if the product is damaged or the order is incorrect?
A. All damages and order discrepancies must be notified within 2 days of delivery via contact facility on the web-site. The exact quantity of damaged or missing goods must be notified in writing and replacements will be sent out free of charge. All damaged goods may be collected at the request of the delivery company.
Q. How do I get a sample?
A. You can order up to 4 samples for £7. The cost of the tile samples will be refunded when you place your bulk order.
Q. Can I amend my order?
A. Once the order has been processed any additions or amendments will be treated as a new order and will incur the standard delivery charges. If you are a few tiles short these can be ordered via the tile sample order option.
