My experience with The Tile Store could not have been better. Very easy to use website and having a sample sent was useful.

We ordered on the evening of the 5th of the month and tiles (the correct ones and the correct number) were delivered at 9am on the 12th. Very helpful delivery people contacted us in advance to ensure delivery availability and put straight in the garage on the morning of delivery.

Excellent and will be using The Tile Store again. Would recommend to anyone.

Tiles were needed for holiday home in the Lake District far from where we live. We spent a wet afternoon in the Lakes searching for what we wanted to find 3 days later and back home again that the product decided on now was unavailable locally.

We found the very same tiles on your website with enough stock to meet our needs. They were reserved for us until we were ready for delivery and staff was extremely helpful. I had some enquiries and was phoned back promptly with information rather than being kept online.

The tile store was the saviour of my bathroom floor!

Having run out of floor tiles for my bathroom I discovering they were discontinued from the store I'd purchased them from, which was a disaster! Having searched many stores and websites I found the tile store had a tile that fitted the description for the ones I'd previouly purchased. To my delight they also had the ability to send out a sample pack of tiles for a low cost.

I placed the order on Monday morning and had the tiles Webnesday morning which was really impressive as I live in what is normally classed as a 'highland' area. My overall experience is that the tile store knows the true value of the customer and I am very thankful for their professionalism. Without their help I would have been well and truly stuck.
